THE COMPANY IN ONE SENTENCE

Browser games become wallet-native PvP matches.

A Dubai-based crypto gaming company launching with player-funded skill competition—not a balance sheet betting against every player. ReachFi already supplies eight playable games, STAK on iOS, wallet connection, matchmaking, and server-verified results.

01
THE WEDGE

Start with PvP. Add house exposure later.

Traditional casino launches begin by sourcing hundreds of the same games and buying traffic. This company begins with a product it controls: short, competitive games that run in a browser, accept a wallet identity, and produce a result the server can replay.

The planned revenue model is a fee on player-funded entry volume. The platform does not owe a jackpot because a player beat the game; it earns for matching, verifying, settling, and retaining both players. Refunds, fraud, payment, liquidity, and operating risks still remain and are modeled separately.

02
THE WORKFLOW

The investor can complete the product loop in three minutes.

  1. 01Connect

Use an EVM wallet or WalletConnect.

  2. 02Sign

    Approve a no-value session challenge.

  3. 03Match

Choose STAK DUEL and queue an opponent.

  4. 04Play

Both players receive the same deterministic run.

  5. 05Verify

The worker replays the inputs and returns a result.

  6. 06Settle

Production settlement activates only after launch gates.

Today, the wallet signature and game result are real. The money is not. The investor demo uses play-money and requests no transaction, approval, or deposit.

GO-TO-MARKET

Turn founder-led duels into the acquisition loop.

  1. Challenge

Invite creators, investors, and existing community members to play the founder live.

  2. Clip

Every match becomes short-form proof: wallet, stakes, game, verified result.

  3. Refer

Players bring the next opponent; measure activation, replay rate, and cost per funded player.

  4. Expand

Add creators, communities, and licensed distribution partners only after retention appears.
